Refunds & Exchange

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately.

Requests for refund or exchange must be made via email to g-man@groundsmancoffee.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not refund opened or used products. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a package from us that has been damaged in the delivery process or is faulty we will replace it. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at g-man@groundsmancoffee.com and send your item to: 27 Railway Tce South, Pinnaroo, SA 5304.

How much is shipping?

Please refer to shipping charges for various locations when completing your order.

When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once an order has been placed and payment is received, the order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days depending on stock levels. Estimated delivery to locations within the Adelaide Metropolitan area is within 3 days from date of dispatch (excluding weekends or public holidays).

We want your order to get to you as quickly as possible, but please note that sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, there can be a delay. We promise that we will do everything that we can to resolve any delivery issues that arise.
