The Groundsman Australia reserves the right to accept orders from those over 18 years old.
  7. All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

  1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items left in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. The Groundsman Australia endeavours to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
  2. Shipping (postage) is an additional charge, calculated at the time of purchase.
  3. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.
  4. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment by one of our approved payment sources. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods.
  5. The Groundsman Australia will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Acceptance of your Order

  1. Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is just a confirmation that we have received your order, NOT an acceptance of it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and The Groundsman Australia will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.
  2. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example; that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock, or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.
  3. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from our website whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on our website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.


  1. Payment can be made on our website by any card that displays the Visa or MasterCard logos. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon your confirmation of the order.

Order Cancellations

  1. If we are notified before the goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
